Want a chance to work with the best? Allen Interactions open, collaborative studio environment encourages creative thinking to create the very best in e-learning.

Our process is simple:

  • View job openings and apply for positions for which your background and skills match the job requirements. Search Job Openings
  • Complete the online registration process and upload your resume.
  • Upon submittal, you will receive an acknowledgement email.
  • The hiring team assesses resumes received within 5 days of submittal, and you will be contacted if you are a match.
  • For candidates that do not receive a call, your resume is still being assessed for other opportunities. We will hold on to your resume for one year to assess against future vacancies.
  • If you have an interest in more than one position, please apply to each position.

Retirement program

Does anyone really retire? Allen Interactions employees participate in a 401K retirement plan that offers 100 percent vesting out of the gate and matching company dollars.

Vacations and holidays

We believe our employees should play as hard as they work. Employees earn up to 20 PTO days off in addition to 10 holidays each year.

Community involvement

Employees are encouraged to participate in community causes of their own choosing on company time! Each year employees are awarded community hours to go out and get involved. And, for employees with five years or more of service, we offer a month-long sabbatical program that allows you to explore your creative side!
