ILT & VILT

Instructor-led/virtual instructor-led training should be more than a video connection. For us, it's mentorship, social learning, and always learner-focused.

Instructor-led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor-led Training (VILT) are training methods that are delivered in a virtual or simulated environment. In these methods of Internet-based training, the learners and instructors are in separate locations; building on the two methods or styles of e-learning, the setting can be conducted synchronously or asynchronously. Sometimes it is referred to simply as Virtual Training (VT), Virtual Instructor-led Training (VILT), or Virtual Classroom Training (VCT).

Allen Interactions believes that instructor-led/virtual instructor-led training (VILT) should be more than a video connection. For us, it's mentorship, social learning, and always individually-focused. This method of corporate training can be an inviting solution when employees are widely dispersed. Allen Interactions can work with your company to design a unique, customized experience that combines:

  • Advanced technology
  • Engaging content
  • Interactive and engaging delivery

VILT can provide your corporate training with an engaging experience where learners can connect with the content in various ways while interacting with both the instructor and other local or remotely connected participants.

We can also combine a modular design that provides training segments in incremental pieces that can be completed independently or in groups with the ability to scale larger or smaller to accommodate different groups of learners. This saves on space and materials while still allowing your company to diversify its corporate training for different needs and times.
