Christina is an experienced executive, coach, professor and researcher. Her sweet spot is building systems that support, engage and inspire cultures with measurable and sustained results. As a change management expert, she’s lead initiatives empowering employees to understand and adopt shifts in their current environment. Barss’s research studies have focused on how to standardize safety, quality and service in diverse teams. Her findings yielded insights how goals, location, communication and relationships impact team efficacy.  

 

Dr. Deborah Smith Cook | Strategist and Team Performance Coach 

debgreyDr. Deborah Smith Cook is the owner and president of Atheseus, a coaching and consulting company that delivers team performance coaching, strategy coaching and consulting, and change management through individuals, teams, and organizations to build superior performance. With over 25 years of experience in strategy consulting and talent development strategy, Deborah has held highly responsible positions in both the public and private sector.  Additionally, Deborah created the wildly popular Leading Author Series designed to bring in thought leaders in securities, legal, financial and leadership arenas. She created academic strategic partnerships for Caliber Learning Network, an innovative satellite, videoconferencing, and virtual learning platform. Deborah earned a doctoral degree from Indiana University in Strategic Management and Organizational Behavior and an MBA from Michigan State University with concentrations in finance and marketing.  Deborah was a Fulbright Scholar to INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.

Dr. Daniel McCoy | Strategic Learning Leader and Solutions Architect

Daniel McCoy is an experienced Chief Learning Officer and strategic learning leader for industry, education, and Government sectors. Dr. McCoy is an admired presenter regarding electronic and distributed learning and has spent his career deploying learning as a key strategic asset to develop adaptive organizational cultures and talent strategies built on scalable, personalized, and embedded performance systems, distributed technologies, and just-in-time analytics. Dr. McCoy earned his Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Florida and has held positions as a software developer, product designer, creative director, editorial supervisor, and executive producer for learning platforms developed for dental and medical education, professional development in early learning, mental health treatment, graduate and professional education, and college-level curriculum.
