Government Studio Lead

Nathan Jones has a unique blend of 20 years of expertise covering modeling and simulation for training, training system requirements development, training systems effectiveness evaluations, human systems integration (HSI), systems safety, and human factors.

Previously, as a Civilian Marine, he served as Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MPT) competency lead for Marine Corps’ ground simulation programs at Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) Program Manager for Training Systems (PM TRASYS).

Jones has previously worked for several defense contractors supporting training system development, weapon platform development, and HSI efforts. For many years, he has been an active contributor to Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation, and Education Conference (I/ITSEC), DoD HSI Community of Interest (COI), and DoD Human Factors Engineering Technical Advisory Group (HFE TAG).
