Michael W. Allen is known for pioneering multimedia learning technologies, interactive instructional paradigms, and rapid-prototyping processes — bringing each forward into leading corporate enterprises. He was the founder and CEO of Authorware, Inc., a revolutionary e-learning authoring tool. Authorware, Inc. merged with MacroMind/Paracomp to become Macromedia, which was later acquired by Adobe. With a Ph.D.
Martin Lipshutz has more than 15 years of experience in finance, accounting, sales and operations. Previously he was chief financial officer at ViroMed Laboratories, Inc., Authorware, Inc. and an auditor for Coopers & Lybrand, LLP. Lipshutz also has held various senior management positions in sales, operations and finance. He holds a B.S. in business administration from the University of Iowa.
Scott Colehour has been in the e-learning design and development industry for 20 years. Scott brings many abilities to Allen Interactions, some of which include: providing high-end consulting and training services to client organizations in such areas as needs analysis, multimedia project planning and management, interaction design, template and model development and model-based production. Colehour is an instructor for ASTD’s e-Learning Instructional Design Certificate Program.
Ethan Edwards draws on more than 25 years of industry experience as an e-learning instructional designer and developer. He is responsible for the delivery of the internal and external training and communications that reflect Allen Interactions’ unique perspective on designing and developing meaningful and memorable e-learning programs. Edwards is the primary instructor for ASTD’s e-Learning Instructional Design Certificate Program.
As an expert instructional designer and Authorware developer, Steve Lee has held various roles at Allen Interactions, holding executive level positions in both sales and operations, with his current role as strategic relationship manager. He has been in the learning industry for the last 20 years, and is a co-founder of Allen Interactions which formed in 1993. Steve has provided strategic learning and consulting services for over 400 major organizations.
Paul Howe has been in the learning industry for the last 18 years, 15 of which have been with Allen Interactions. As the 6th employee of Allen Interactions, expert instructional designer and Authorware developer, Paul has excelled in many roles holding executive level positions in both sales and operations. Since 1993, Paul has provided strategic learning and consulting services for over 200 major organizations. He holds a B.S. degree from St. John's University and has a vast array of speaking experience.
With enthusiasm and creativity, Lisa consults with clients to ensure performance outcomes align with business objectives. She puts her more than 25 years of experience to work in understanding business drivers, learner motivations, and what elements will move the meter in an organization. She is passionate about ensuring client’s expectations are met and works to continually add value to her relationships.
Nancy has more than 25 years of experience working in the human capital marketplace. She has developed and led blended and e-learning, assessment, certification, testing, and organization development programs for large, multi-national clients. Her clients count on her for strategic planning and insights in finding unique learning approaches, methods, and tools to support their particular business goals. She sees her role as an advisor and consultant to her clients , and takes the time to understand their business challenges.
