Chris Johnson is a Senior Curriculum Developer and Instructional Designer at Toyota Financial Services with more than a decade’s worth of experience in learning and instructional design. Chris’s main function with Toyota is working with team members to develop training programs for Toyota’s national service centers. As a former educator, Chris is inspired by learning and what it takes to move the performance needle. He’s fascinated by innovation and stays motivated to learn and continually improve.
Chris has an award-winning design track record achieving Training magazine’s Top 125 with Rent-A-Center on three occasions. One of those training programs was recognized by The Wall Street Journal receiving Training magazine’s Outstanding Training Initiative Award.
He holds a BA in Psychology from Texas Tech University and a Master’s degree in Educational Technology from Lamar University.
