Since 1993, we have assembled a team of custom e-learning experts, including instructional designers, educators, developers, and multimedia producers—to continue our CEO, Dr. MIchael Allen's mission—inspiring more effective and engaging uses of interactive multimedia for learning and communication. Our people have used an enormous array of technologies, tools, and instructional approaches to address an unequalled variety of performance needs, developing tried and true instructional approaches.  

Studio Structure

Allen Interactions' design and development teams are organized into teams we call studios. Each studio is like a small independent business unit fully responsible for its own goals, policies, staffing, and style. While maintaining the Allen Interactions’ standards, the studios create their own personality and culture, while practicing our guiding principles.

Because our studios are small, independent units; you will always be working with a group that knows your business, culture, and projects. This unique structure allows us to give our clients the flexibility and individual attention they deserve. Clients become part of the studio and help in developing a working relationship that best fits their culture.

By design, each studio is comprised of the following:

• Studio Executive: Head of Studio Operations

• Interactivity Producer(s): Project Lead

• Instructional Designer(s): Lead instructional treatment and create content

• Software Developer(s): Develop code to support instructional treatment

• Media Developer(s): Conceptualize and develop usability and media look and feel

• Content Writer(s): Create instructional content following the lead of the instructional treatment

• Software Production Developer(s): Use developed code to assemble software and related project assets
